Cherished Moments is an event planning company founded by mother-and-daughter team Jennifer and Olivia.
Long before Cherished Moments became a business, Jennifer was the family event planner. She loved bringing birthdays, holiday gatherings, and other family celebrations to life, always paying attention to the little details that made each occasion special.
As Olivia grew older, she developed that same passion for creating special moments. Before long, mother and daughter started working side by side, helping with weddings, birthdays, rap shows, craft shows, indoor swap meets, and many other special occasions.
What started with family eventually grew into a passion for serving the community. Around 2019, Jennifer and Olivia began coordinating events, starting with small craft shows and community gatherings. As their experience grew, so did the events they took on, including music events and larger community celebrations.
Over the years, they have had the opportunity to meet and work with countless local vendors, artists, musicians, businesses, event organizers, families, and community members. The relationships they have built along the way have become one of the most meaningful parts of what they do.
For Jennifer and Olivia, event planning is bringing people together, creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting the community, and giving people a reason to make memories together.
Their years of experience have also taught them that the smallest details can make the biggest difference. A special event does not have to be enormous or extravagant, and creating something memorable does not have to mean spending a fortune. Sometimes, it is the personal touches, the thought behind the details, and the people you share the moment with that matter most.

Jennifer is the Founder and Lead Coordinator of Cherished Moments. She brings years of experience, thoughtful planning, and a natural ability to make things work—even on a small budget. Her warm approach and attention to detail help bring events together while making vendors, guests, and clients feel welcome. Together, Jennifer and Olivia are proud to create meaningful experiences for the Tucson community.
Olivia
Olivia is the Co-Founder of Cherished Moments, bringing a fresh, younger-generation perspective to every event. She contributes creative ideas, helps support vendors and guests, and pays close attention to the details that help an event come together smoothly. Her perspective brings new energy and ideas while helping Cherished Moments stay connected to what today’s guests, families, and communities enjoy.
